If I have TurboTax Deluxe, can you file two peoples taxes on one account?

Online TurboTax is for one account only.  Each taxpayer needs their own account and pays for their use of the software.

If you are married filing a joint return, you can file your return using one TurboTax Online account - but if you are not married, filing a joint return, you each need your own account to prepare you own tax returns.  

If you have the desktop software, you can prepare as many returns as you need to.  And you can e-file five of those.
