If I have a Registered Domestic Partnership in Nevada, but my domicile is Washington where we do not have a RDP. What is my marital status in Washington?

We meet the criteria in Nevada, hence filed; however we don't meet criteria in Washington (where I'm permanently located and file my taxes).

WA has no state income tax.

Thanks xmasbaby0, both WA and NV don't have state income tax.

My ask is if my martial status in Washington would be Domestic Partner or Single? I think it would be single as my Registered Domestic Partnership is only in Nevada but looking for clarification.

With a RDP you are single everywhere except the state where you're registered.
