Dependents don't have exemptions for 2023, but you might get a credit relating to the children you claim, like the Earned Income Credit or Child Tax Credit.

Talk to your "Live" expert.  No one in the user forum can see your information.  We do not know how much you earned.   You will not get child tax credit for the child older than 16.   You will get the $500 credit for other dependents.  The amount of refundable CTC you get for the 16 year old will depend on how much you earned from working.

Since you have two children under the age of 19 and appear to qualify for head of household status,  you may be entitled to an earned income credit if your earned income is below $52,918 in 2023.  The amount of the credit, or reduction in tax, will depend on your earned income amount and other considerations.
