Talk to your "Live" expert. No one in the user forum can see your information. We do not know how much you earned. You will not get child tax credit for the child older than 16. You posted your question from a version of online Live software. If you are really using that “Live” software you can get help from your “expert.”
You are posting from TurboTax Live. You can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time.

Since you have two children under the age of 19 and appear to qualify for head of household status, you may be entitled to an earned income credit if your earned income is below $52,918 in 2023. The amount of the credit, or reduction in tax, will depend on your earned income amount and other considerations.
