If I have a 1095A for marketplace health Do I also need a form for my dental insurance through marketplace?

have a 1095A for health insurance. Have not received anything for the dental insurance I had through marketplace.

There is a form for dental insurance that you get from Marketplace.  But you won't need it for your tax return.   Its very difficult to be able to claim medical expenses and itemize with the higher standard deduction.  (Edited 2/12/19 11:15 pm)
