If I got married this year and my husband filed our taxes under married - jointly in his account, is there anything I need to do with my individual account?

I have a personal turbo tax account under my maiden name and he filed our taxes this year under his account in as married - jointly under my new married name.

Since the tax return was filed as Married Filing Jointly, you do not to do anything with your account.

Just make sure you go back into that account and download the PDF file for every past year you have filed.

Print a cop, or if too big, copy it to a USB Flashdrive as a backup.

TTX eliminates one of the oldest 6-7 year old PDF file every year....and then you lose that file if you don't have it saved/printed.
