Yes, you will enter as Miscellaneous income.

Cash Rewards from a Credit Card are not taxable.

The IRS considers it a discount when you buy something.

buy for $ 1000.00 less 1% discount, save $ 10.00

That is true if it is a personal credit card. If this is a card used for business, it is other income.
