The bonus should already be included in your wages in box 1 of the W-2 and the federal income taws withheld in box 2.

Your tax refund, if any, is dependent on all the income, credits, deductions and taxes withheld and paid.  Until you have completed your tax return you will not know the amount of refund or the amount of taxes owed.
