If i got a 1095C from an employer and they never sent me anything to get health Insurance while I worked there, What do I do? I sent in my return before receiving this.

You do not need to do anything.  Nor do you need to amend your tax return. 

A Form 1095-C  is an annual statement from employers to all employees who eligible for coverage describing the insurance available to them. It is for informational purposes and does not create any impact on your tax return.
