If your efile was rejected you can leave and abandon it and go somewhere else.  But you should check with the other person or service and see why it rejected and if you have to continue with them.  They may want to fix it and resend it.   Did you pay any fees at the first place?

No, if the return was rejected it is not considered filed.

But we have no idea what you might have signed in some tax preparation office.  Did you get a refund loan somewhere?  Did you sign something that says you have to pay them?  Or did you already pay?   Why are you not going back there to have them fix the reason for the rejection and re-file it?
