If I filed my taxes April 13th why does it say that the IRS and the state receive it on December 31st ?and so do they have my forms yet?

did you get an e-mail for each saying accepyed? if not either they're being process or you never sucessfully efiled in which case you would have gotten 2 rejection e-mails. perhaps you never submitted them at all - no emails.

My OR State refund was approved by state authority and issued on APRIL 15th, i chose the REFUND TRANSFER SERVICE, it went directly to turbo tax and i have not received it
