Yes - If you marked the option for direct debit from your bank account. Otherwise you'll have to send them a check.

Ok so would if i don’t have what they’re asking for in my account how would I pay them or how would they obtain the money

The IRS will send you a letter, asking to make payment arrangements. If you avoid them they could, down the road, put a lien on any property you own.
