Not when you file the extension. You can apply for a payment plan when you file your taxes either through TurboTax or through the IRS site. You can file your extension at our Easy Extension website.

How do I change the amount of overpayment credit from the prior year's return? It was wrong (too much) in the original, and TT is carrying over the wrong amount.
