If I file an extension on a trust tax return, do I also get an extension on the k-1's?

Its the first year of the trust. I'm one of 4 siblings of an irrevocable trust from my second parents death in January of 2018.

Yes. The extension applies not only to the Trust's Form 1041. bit also the K-1s.  You cannot prepare the K-1s, without preparing the tax return.
