If I exit out before submitting how do I get back to where I left off?

You posted your question from online Live Deluxe---but it is not possible to use online TurboTax at this time. Online software for 2023 is permanently closed and software for 2024 is not yet available. Are you actually using the CD/download? If so, you have to save your own work by going up to the tool bar and clicking on File and then "save."
