If I done my everything by myself why are they changing me 39.00?

You did not do everything by yourself. TurboTax told you what information to enter. It filled out the tax forms for you and did all the calculations.

To see your fees, click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Then click on Tools. You will see My Fees in the center of the screen.
