If you disagree with your expert or don't like them you can ask TurboTax to assign someone else.

I believe that I am entitled to more deductions. In 2022-2023 I made very little cash while working in Hungary for the state department through Georgetown University. I don’t believe I should owe any taxes for the year.

Are you a US Government employee?  If so, you enter the W-2 you received from your employer, as received, on your federal tax return.  You are not eligible for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion.

Why do you think you should not owe taxes?
