If I didn't sign or date my tax return documents will I still get a refund or do I need to mail out a new copy?

The IRS will send back your return and request your signature. You could send another copy, signed, but that could confuse things at the IRS. It's early enough in the filing season that you should probably wait for the IRS to contact you.

The 2019 AGI you entered for e-filing the 2020 tax return is your electronic signature.
