If I did not get a 1099-Int, do I have to report the interest income? Is there a minimum $ amount where it needs to be reported?

Any amount more than 49 cents is reportable and taxable. Report your interest as if you got a 1099-INT. all you need to enter is the payer's name and put the interest in Box 1.
