If I chose to pay turbotax with my refound, why does it keep telling me to add a credit card? is it going to bill me twice?

in case your refund is different and doesn't cover the charges or your refund is delayed. Turbotax will send you several emails warning you about the impending charge to your credit card. (watch you spam folder)
