If I choose to pay for the state e-fie is that per return or just a one time fee?

I have multiple state returns to file in my state. Do I have to pay the $29.99 each time or just once?

Each state is separate and has it's own filing fee. Yes, that is per return.

Per state.  it is 24.99 to efile each state from the Desktop program.  Or you can print and mail state for free.
