If I am paper filing, do I still have to pay all of the amounts of fees charged to me by TurboTax?

Yes you do. The TurboTax fees are for using the software to prepare your tax return. There is no extra charge for e-filing, so you do not save anything by printing and mailing it. Either choice is the same cost.
