If I am missing a w2 form can I still process my return or do I have to wait till I get my other w2 form??

WAIT until you have all of your W-2's. If you file without one, then you will have to prepare an amended return, a 1040X, which has to be printed, signed and mailed and that will take about 4 months to be processed.
