If i am leagally married and file head of household will irs take my return for (leagally still married but seperated for over a year) husbands student loans?

No, if you file as Head of Household, the IRS will not take your return for your Husband's student loans.  

Keep in mind, in order to use this status, you cannot have lived with your spouse at any time during the last six months of 2018.

No, if you file as Head of Household, the IRS will not take your return for your Husband's student loans.  

Keep in mind, in order to use this status, you cannot have lived with your spouse at any time during the last six months of 2018.
