If you married, and not legally separated, Your choices are: Married Filing Jointly (MFJ) or Married Filing Separately (MFS). You may not use "Single" Filing status.
If you have a child, living with you and have lived apart from your spouse, the full last half of the year, you may be able to use Head of Household filing status.
Were your winnings in 2022 or 2023? Did you receive a W2G?
