If I am eligible for a tax advance why did it deny mine when I meet everything that it says

How long would it take to receive that email and if I don't then what do I do from there.

How do you know you were denied?

Due to the rush caused  by IRS opening on the 29th I would say 3 days for the email.

It showed I was accepted then jumped Said I was denied for the advance right after I was done filing my taxes it let me apply for the advance then had me e-sign then that's when it showed it was accepted for the advance then jumped to I was denied so I wasn't sure why it showed that .. it confused me after seeing accepted then denied!
