If I am being charged $44.99 for an option that I checked I did not want. My fees should be $99.98 not $144.97 to e-file. Program is flawed.

The program is adding the Premium Service benefits whether you want it or not.  If you put the chose of options to add it or not I should not be charged for a service I don't want.

Did you select to have the fees deducted from your refund?  If you are in California you have to add Premium Service for that.  You can pay the fees with a credit card to avoid the extra charge.
