If I am a dependent on my fathers taxes how do I claim my taxes?

You will file your own tax return to claim a refund for tax withheld. When you do so, you will indicate that you are being claimed as a dependent on someone else's return. There are two questions at the beginning of your return that you need to answer yes to. Please view the (screenshot) below for reference.
