No just go to the amend button and make your adjustments, it will walk you through the process.

There is no additional charge to re-file after your original electronic filing was rejected by the IRS.

if my return was rejected on deluxe version can change it to a basic version and get charge

If your return is rejected by the IRS, you will not be charged to re-file your tax return.

You will also not be charged if you need to file an amended tax return. Once you have paid and filed your return, you are not able to downgrade the version.
