Browsing H.R. 1319 I see nothing in it that is retroactive to 2020. It gives additional unemployment benefits for the 2021 tax year.

I might have missed that since I quickly browsed the bill, but under the unemployment section §9963 I did not see that. What section do you find that in?
I read it in an article not the bill i read so many that i dont remember which one it could of been a cnn article
