If I already bpught turbo tax at Sams why do they want me to pay for it again?

I paid $55.00 for Turbo Tax at Sams. Why are the insisting I pay again?

Sams sells both the Online version code and the desktop version code.   What exactly did you purchase at Sams?

Did you accidentally use the Online version instead of the Desktop program?   Did you buy a code for the Online version or the Desktop program?   Or what is it charging you for?

You probably bought the online download version.. then got an email saying order delay..the phone # on it is lik e 512? or something.. you need to call that for 3 weeks straight or until someone finally answers. They are super dumb at sam's club and the 3rd party.. they manually have to send you the code.. but they can't automate the system to alert them and do it without you calling them? I wasted too many hours resolving this issue. I should sue sam's club and intuit and the 3rd party for $10,000
