If ex-wife claimed as my dependent, this gonna lose her qualification to get government's benefits?

My ex-wife lives with me the entire year, she has no income and is getting food stamps and medicaid. my son (he's not live with us)gave a little support , I paid more than 50% for her, since i make more than $50,000 this year, my question is if i put her in my tax, my income will make her lose the benefits ?

If you claim her, no it should not affect her benefits.
