Box 17 Code W refers to Section 199A wages. These are the qualifying wages that the S Corp paid to everyone, not just the S-Corp shareholder. The amount of the qualifying wages are totalled in Schedule K of Form 1120S, and then distributed to all of the corporation members according to their shareholder percentage of stock. That figure in Box 17 code W does not get included in your wages, but is used to help determine how much QBI may qualify for the Section 199A deduction.
