If Box 14 says TXFRG, what is the correct category? I live in WA state, and there is nothing written in Box 14 of my W2 other than TXFRG.

TXFRG likely is an abbreviation for "taxable fringe", indicating taxable fringe benefits such as employer-paid life insurance or a company car. If there's no amount next to TXFRG, just the letters, you can leave it off of the W-2 entry.
Thank you kindly for your quick reply. There is actually an amount next to TXFRG (Box 14). In this case, will I have to directly ask my employer to determine the proper category?
You are welcome. You can choose "Other" if you don't see an option that matches to the taxable fringe benefits. This amount has already been included in your Box 1 wages; it is informational.
