IDR Student Loan Forgiveness - Arkansas State Return

How do I add IDR Student Loan Forgiveness to the Arkansas State Tax Return only.  I noticed that there is a question regarding PSLF forgiveness (which is not taxable in Arkansas)  but no question pertaining to IDR forgiveness.   

Also, I contacted the loan servicer and they are not providing a 1099C because it is not taxable at the federal level.  However, I have documentation of the amount forgiven.
