Idaho State Tax deadline June 15 2020

The Idaho state tax deadline was June 15 2020. The Federal tax dead line was one month later July 15 2020. In order to avoid an interest penalty on Idaho state tax I had to send an estimated tax payment. I performed the payment online to the "Taxpayer Access Point" (TAP). The estimated tax payment submitted was larger than the actual tax due.

I chose to email my Idaho state tax in Turbo Tax and don't plan to double pay to Idaho state. 

How and when  will the state of Idaho reimburse the difference?
