No one can call you from the user forum.   Are you getting an error message when you try to e-file?

Maybe you are waiting for some forms.  Click Review to see if you are missing some forms needed in order to e-file.

As you prepare your taxes in TurboTax Live, you can quickly connect with one of our credentialed tax experts:

1. Select the floating Live help button
2. Select Connect with live help at the top of the chat window
3. Enter your question or topic area and select Continue
