I did not receive a 1099G for paid family leave. What do I do?

I would request one because the IRS most likely has a copy. When they receive your tax return and compare what you have included on your tax return with what information that they have and see a difference (i.e., 1099-G missing), they will go ahead and contact you). They may not contact you right away, and they usually don't, but they will eventually and then hit you with the accrued interest and possible penalty.
