I would like to purchase turbo tax for next year for my daughter who lives and works in Italy. She is American citizen so pays their taxes what program whould I buy???

You can use either the online Deluxe or online Premier versions of TurboTax or any of the cd/Desktop versions of TurboTax.  They will all handle the foreign earned income exclusion and foreign tax credit.

I prefer the cd/Desktop versions of TurboTax.  You may wish to check them out with the below link.  The cd/Desktop versions all include the same forms, the difference is in the amount of assistance provided.   With the cd/Desktop versions, you can see your forms while you prepare your returns.  The online versions only allow you to see your forms after you have finished your return.
