I would like to know, step by step how to delete my daughters as my dependents due to the fact that they are now adults ?

Click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen.  Click on the Dependent.  Click on Delete

The exact steps depend on what version you are using.    How do I add or remove a dependent?      To add or remove a dependent in TurboTax:

For TurboTax Online, go to the Personal profile screen under My Info.   Your dependents are listed in the Your Household section and you can use the trash can icon to remove them from your return.

For TurboTax Desktop, open or continue your return and select Personal Info.  Select Delete next to the name of a dependent to remove them. We'll ask you to confirm before we take them off your return.

You should not delete them unless you know you cannot claim them as dependents.   Being adults doesn't necessarily preclude you from claiming them.  If you go through the questions for each dependent, TurboTax will determine if you can claim them or not.     Who can I claim as a dependent?
