I would like to get a further clarification on dependent qualification for my parents.

I have been supporting my parents last four years (almost $2,000 per month) due to their inability of finding jobs. Both my father and mother are registered in the U.S. military dependency program. Most of my income goes to them and I've been trying to claim them on tax return every year and I got denied. They are living in Korea due to their language barriers. Please explain if they can be qualify for dependent on this tax return. Thank you.

According to IRS Publication 501, Exemptions, Standard Deduction, and Filing Information Four tests must be met for a person to be your qualifying relative. The four tests are:

1. Not a qualifying child test,

2. Member of household or relationship test,

3. Gross income test, and

4. Support test.

After I reviewed, they are qualifying for Armed Forces dependency allotments (support test). I have bank states that show transactions. How can I upload it in the TurboTax?
