    I would like to file my taxes with the $0 filing fee. Not necessary to use the $29.99. Do I need to start all over?

    The 29.99 fee is for the PLUS version  to transfer information from 2015 (your AGI) that you will need for this years taxes. If you don't want to use this version however you can always Clear and Start Over. Here's how:
