I would like for turbotax to download my goodwill donations but turbo tax but the program will only let me enter manually. How do I fix?

I don't know what else to do. I am very unhappy with this version of Turbotax. The program is not working as it is supposed to and there is no technical help for my issue.

Are you using ItsDeductible to itemize your Goodwill donations? If so, the program can import from the "charitable donations" section.

Can you value multiple items donated to Goodwill? In years past, you could select an item, enter the quantity and it would add to the total value of that donation
