I worked for Brainwork' Lab. They gave me a 1099 . They are claiming I had a business and I have no business. I worked for them. Now I don't know how to deal with 1099.

If you have a 1099-misc you are considered self employed and not an employee and would have to file as having a business (Sch C) and pay self employment tax. If you think you should be considered an employee, contact your employer.
