I worked for a store called Lush in the US but the company headquarters is located in Canada. it will not accept the address. how do i enter into w-2's?

I worked for a store called Lush in the US but the company headquarters is located in Canada. it will not accept the address. how do i enter into w-2's?

On the screen for entering the employer's name and address. for the box labeled Address Type click on the dropdown arrow and select Foreign Country.
