Since you received a Form 1099-MISC you are self-employed and you will have to enter your income and expenses on a Schedule C.  The Schedule C is part of your personal tax return, Form 1040.  If you have a net profit from the self-employment you will be eligible for EIC, based on your income, filing status, age and number of dependent children (if any).

You will need to upgrade to the Self-Employed edition if you choose to use the TurboTax online editions.
