Yes, enter the W-2 as you normally would.

This is a difficulty of care payment and is not taxable.

 

You should have the amount put in box 12 of your W-2 with code II.

 

You should enter your form W-2 normally in TurboTax and TurboTax will exclude the amount from taxation.
