I work remotely from the US for a Canadian Company. Which Income option should I choose?

It depends. If you are a contractor, it is self-employed income. If you are an employee, then your income is wages, w2 income. Your income should be reported in USD.

See Am I considered self-employed?

In addition, if you paid income tax to Canada, you will need Form 1116, Foreign Tax Credit (Individual, Estate, or Trust)

For help in entering, see Where do I enter the foreign tax credit (Form 1116) or deduction?  Note, you can try both options. The credit is most commonly used.
