I work and live in Canada, there is no Employer Federal ID Number, what should I put in the box?

Are you trying to enter your Canadian income as if it was on a W-2? Don't make up a form that you didn't actually receive. If you did not get a W-2, don't enter a W-2 in TurboTax. Enter your Canadian income as foreign earned income.

Why are you filing a U.S. tax return? Are you a U.S. citizen or resident alien? If not, you cannot use TurboTax.
