I won't be able to pay my tax return in full until 04/17/2019. When filing for an extension, TurboTax asks for my Bank account #s, but I don't want it to overdraft me.

Will it try to take the full amount out of my bank account on Monday? What are my options?

I suggest you tell the program you are going to pay by check, and then you can either mail a check or go to https://www.irs.gov/payments and pay online.
