I won money on a slot machine. I already have My win/loss statement but losses do not add up enough to negate the winnings. Can I also add my Wifes losses?

You can only take your losses to the extent of your winnings. You can't "negate" them.
As long as you are married filing jointly with your wife, you are allowed to take both's losses, but again, only to the extent of your winnings.
